Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you all know that in January I am starting up a new group fitness class in Brandon Country Park. Sorry guys but this is only for the ladies. It is going to be held early in the morning so anyone going to work can get their fitness in before they go and then you will be burning fat the rest of the day.

I have spoken to the Manager at Brandon Country Park and everything is ok to go ahead and just do it. So please if you are interested go the website and join the news group for more info. If you have any friends that might be interested please give them the website address also.

There will be a poster going up on the events board at the Park so if you frequent the Park at anytime take a look.

I would just like to thank you all in advance  for taking the time to read this post and hope to meet some of you in January.
